Who is responsible

This website is run by Fridolin Hämmer. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What I collect and why

Website visits. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site. If Google Analytics is active, it measures page views and clicks. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are measured without analytics cookies.
Paid strategy call. Payments are processed by Stripe. I don't see or store your card details.
Scheduling. Calendly stores the name, email and time you book.
Intake form. When you send me details about your business, I receive your name, email, phone, business name, website, location and notes by email. I use them only to prepare for and hold our call.
Voice notes. Recordings are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to be turned into text and organized notes. The audio itself is not stored by me; I receive the text by email.

Who processes the data

Cloudflare (hosting, AI transcription, email delivery), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google (email and, if active, Google Analytics). Some of these providers process data in the United States.

How long I keep it

Intake details stay in my email for as long as we work together, or until you ask me to delete them.
